INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Our shopping cart is actually designed to get order from USA/Canada only. If you want to place an order from an other country feel free to send us an email. Pricing for different country depends of many things and we prefer to manage those sales manually.
CANADA/USA Shipping:
Most of our packages are shipped through Canadapost Post for Canada / USA destination. Shipping to P.O. Box is made through Canada post only. We are also using Purolator when needed (fast delivery or upon special request).
Shipping to Canada (1 to 7 business days)
Shipping to USA (5 to 10 business days)
RETURNS
Returns accepted if you ask for RMA number inside 30 days after reception of your product (this mean you get a full 30 days evaluation period). You MUST ask for RMA number and return procedure prior to send a product back. If you return without authorization and there brokerages fees and duties on the returned product this amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.
We refund the original transaction including the initial shipping charge, you only pay shipping to send back. We refund inside 48 hours after package received (or less). Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks before receiving a product from USA so please don't ask for refund status inside the 2 first week. It can take an other 48 to 72 hours before the refund reflect on your credit card statement (if you have paid directly through credit card).
We always try to send package the same day or inside 24 hours after the transaction was made. Sometimes package are sent after a few days because of production delay.
