Purchase, delivery and return policies:

When we confirm your order by email it does not automatically mean that Illumi-nations Inc. accepts the aforementioned order. We enter your order in the system only after receipt of payment.

Illumi-nations Inc. reserves the right, without notice, to refuse to make business with whoever customer we choose and/or to fix a limit of quantity for any item. It may be necessary for Illumi-nations Inc., to, at any time, verify personal information relative to the credit cards before accepting any order.

Price

Prices of products are available online.

Delivery and transportation costs as well as applicable taxes are computed online and may vary according to exchange rates and other conditions beyond our control. These costs are shouldered by the buyer. If there are changes in delivery rates, you will be informed right away.

All prices are in US Funds and are subject to change without notice and are FOB Chicoutimi, Québec, Canada.

Availability of products

We maintain an effective inventory of all our products. In the rare eventuality that we are out of stock, you will be promptly notified.

Delivery of products

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided. The cost of delivery is calculated on-line at current shipping rates from our facility.

The delivery will be made by Illumi-nations Inc. as soon as we accept your order, according to the method of delivery which you will have chosen. The delays and delivery fees can vary according to the destination. The delivery deadlines are estimated from the moment the products leave the business place of Illumi-nations Inc.

We endeavor to ship a confirmed order within 72 hours.

Quebec and Ontario : 1 to 7 working days
Everywhere else in Canada : 4 to 12 working days
United States : 7 to 12 working days
Oversea: 2 to 3 weeks

As soon as the products reach you, you will become their owner. From this moment, you will assume the risks and Illumi-nations Inc. will not be responsible for their loss or destruction.

For any product delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all the expenses inherent to the customs clearance and for quite other fees inherent to the export.

Illumi-nations Inc. must have received the completed payment for the products before proceeding to their delivery.

Returns

Our Golden Rule – Satisfaction guarantee or your money back!

The buyer has a period of 30 days from the day of the delivery to send back the product to Illumi-nations Inc., in case he would not totally be satisfied.

The salesman will agree to pay off to the buyer the price of the article sold including the original transport costs as long as the following conditions are met:

I M P O R T A N T   N O T I C E

Before returning a product, you must obtain a (RMA) return merchandise authorization number. This procedure is applicable to all countries.

The buyer has a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to send back the product, if he is not totally satisfied. The refund will be for the full purchase price plus the return cost of shipping.

Returning procedure inside of Canada

  • The buyer will have to return the article bought in perfect condition in his original packing with its invoice;
  • NoRMA : This is the Return Merchant Authorization number. Wait for this number before sending back the unit.

The return article must include the RMA number below the return address of Illumi-nations.
